Thai Chili Roasted Garlic Marinated Tofu

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons Wild Thymes Thai Chili Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce
1 2/3 tablespoons sherry
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 package firm tofu

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients and pour over tofu. Marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Grill or broil for 2 minutes per side. Great for vegetarians. Serve over Wild Thymes All-Season Rice Pilaf, Spicy Buckwheat Noodles or Asian Rice Noodle Salad.
