Korean Style Short Ribs

INGREDIENTS

1-1/2 lbs short ribs cut flanken style (cut 1/3 inch thick across bones)
1 bottle Wild Thymes Korean Ginger Scallion Marinade


DIRECTIONS

Marinate ribs in a ziplock bag for at least overnight (24 hours is even better)
Grill or broil until desired doneness. Serve over Wild Thymes Asian Rice Noodle Salad, Korean Noodles or plain Jasmine rice with any Wild Thymes salad.
